Vancouver Real Estate Stats, Feb. 21-27

Total inventory for the REBGV/FVREB was 18,696, of which 5,935, or 31.74%, were over 90s.

For the REBGV the numbers were 11,782, 3,644, and 30.93%

For the FVREB the numbers were 6,914, 2,291 and 33.14%.

There were 1,466 new listings, 427 price changes and 830 sales in the REBGV, for a sell list of 56.61%.

In the FVREB the numbers were 751, 231 and 402, for a sell/list of 53.53%.

The combined numbers were 2,217, 658 and 1,232 and a sell/list of 55.57%.

It just keeps marching on. Sell/list edging up, over 90s edging down. Prices are continuing to edge up (see the graph).
