Vancouver Real Estate Stats, February 28- Mar 6

Total inventory for the REBGV/FVREB was 19,201, of which 5,490, or 28.59%, were over 90s.

For the REBGV the numbers were 11,988, 3,374, and 28.14%

For the FVREB the numbers were 7,033, 2,116 and 30.09%.

There were 1,599 new listings, 421 price changes and 897 sales in the REBGV, for a sell list of 56.10%.

In the FVREB the numbers were 732, 277 and 330, for a sell/list of 45.08%.

The combined numbers were 2,331, 698 and 1,227 and a sell/list of 52.64%.

Sell/list may have peaked, but over 90s are still dropping, indicating that the market is catching up with old, over-priced listings. Prices are continuing to edge up (see the graph).
