No, it’s not scientific or rigorous in terms of consistent time frame, but these are the stats from Sunday to this morning.
I’m engaged in an awful lot of projects these days, and this site get’s much less attention than it did in the past. I apologize for that, but automating something always seems to take me more time and more effort than I initially expect. I’m going to continue to chip away at this, however. Meantime, compared to the last stats i-frame I posted average list price and sales prices are up, DOMs are basically the same.
On the other hand, the market is clearly slowing down. In some sub-markets the sell/list is in single digits.
