“Mere posting” your home, commercial property, or business for sale on the MLS® Systems is now clearly permitted.

If you feel that a flat fee mere listing will serve your needs I can sell one to you.

For a flat fee and no commission, you choose: MLS® Systems listings by a Realtor® that you know (me), websites, 3D floorplans, negotiation support and more – sell your property yourself or fill any gaps with a la carte services offered by my company.

I am a Realtor®, but with the flat fee listing you pay zero additional fees and you pay zero additional commission to me in the event of a successful sale…and it is up to you if you pay buyers’ agents a commission. Your sale, your decision.

Here is how it works:

Step 1 – Select from my a la carte menu i.e. MLS® + website + for sale sign.
Step 2 – Pay the flat fee using your PayPal.
Step 3 – Complete, at your leisure, my online form and the listing agreement I email to you.
