Coronet Property Management Ltd. was founded by Robert Craig in 1969, and has been in continous operation at 3582 East Hastings Street, Vancouver, ever since. Ownership passed to the Chipman family upon Mr. Craig's retirement in the early 1980s. Rob and Bill Chipman joined the company in 1986, and worked with their father, Art, until he passed away in 1994.

In 2002 we created Legend Coronet Realty Ltd. order to better serve our clients' real estate services needs. On a day to day basis real estate sales go through Legend Coronet, while property management activities are conducted through Coronet Property Management. Rob is the managing broker for Legend Coronet, while Bill is the managing broker for Coronet Property Management.
Both companies are licenced by the Province of British Columbia under the Real Estate Services Act.

Coronet Property Management takes care of hundreds of rental properties across the Lower Mainland. Our clients are spread across the globe (we have clients on all continents except Africa and Antarctica). As a result, Legend Coronet has bought and sold Lower Mainland properties for clients all over the world. We are equally adept at providing service across the globe through the internet, fax or telephone as we are across a kitchen table here in Vancouver. Although we do not provide taxation advice or tax preperation services, we do act as non-resident tax agents for offshore property owners and we can help our clients succesfully navigate Canadian tax regulations.
